DEPOSITS CAN BE MADE VIA CASH IN PERSON OR BY CREDIT/DEBIT IN PERSON, OVER THE PHONE, OR ONLINE! RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE A MINIMUM OF 72 HOURS IN ADVANCE WHEN BOOKING ONLINE.   • Party comes with two hours of green reader play, ten $25 play cards, guest of honor receives 1,000 tickets and drawstring cinch bag, ten goodie bags, and ten bounce back gifts. 
  • Tilt parties start with the signing and coloring on the guest of honor’s birthday gift while all of the guests arrive. After guests arrive the play cards will be passed out to all participating guests. 
  • No we don’t allow any outside food in our facility. 
  • No, there is no designated party area. 
  • Schedule online, over the phone with a party coordinator, or in-store. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm bookings.
  • A pre-party phone call will be made for the final head count of participating and non-participating guests before your party. This guest count is the number of participants you agree to pay for. Your final participating guest count must be finalized 72-hours in advance. 
  • Your final participating guest count must be finalized 72-hours in advance. If more guests arrive the day of your event, we won’t be able to accommodate the increase. 
  • Never fear, you may reschedule your party up to 24 hours before the event. Cancellations will receive your deposit as in-store credit.
  • Your party time starts at the time you have reserved. Late guests will join the party when they arrive.  Your party time will still end at the designated time selected. 
  • Your party total will increase with each participating guest.
